Mission Statement: At Aim, we cultivate an atmosphere where teaching the sport of field hockey becomes an avenue for teaching life lessons. We are dedicated to each and every athlete that comes through our program. At each event, we train athletes to overcome limitations, improve leadership, illustrate discipline, value teamwork, and understand commitment through our own demonstration, expectation, and encouragement. By being a part of Aim, you will become a better field hockey player that exudes self-confidence, perseverance, and respect for others in all arenas of your life.

Year Round Clubs: Since 2005, the Aim Field Hockey Club program has offered athletes the opportunity to train consistently within a fun yet competitive team atmosphere. These high-level teams consist of dedicated athletes from many different schools in the St. Louis area. Aim runs Club teams at the U19, U16, U14, U12 and U10 age groups. Each team trains throughout the winter and spring (and in the fall for middle school and younger) and attends regional and national tournaments to compete with other club teams across the country. We attend the following tournaments: Regional Club Championship, National Club Championship, National Field Hockey Festival, Disney Showcase, National Indoor Qualifying Tournament, National Indoor Tournament, and many other local tournaments in the Midwest. Click here for more information.
Year Round Leagues: Our Fall, Winter and Spring Leagues are a great way to learn the sport of field hockey, play with school teammates and friends, and take your game to the next level. Each week, teams meet for one hour. In that hour, there is approximately 20 minutes of instruction and 40 minutes of game play. Each team will be assigned an experienced coach, and having fun is one of the primary goals. Click here for more information.
Little Divots: Little Divots is a fun introductory field hockey program for 3-7 year old girls and boys offered in both the Fall and Spring. This is a low-key way to introduce your child to the joy of playing field hockey. Our coaches focus on teaching the basics in an age-appropriate manner and building a solid foundation for growth in youth sports. Click here for more information.
Summer Prep Camps: Our Summer Camps include a Junior Prep Camp for 1st-8th graders and a High School Preseason Prep Camp for 9th-12th graders. Our 2020 Summer Prep Camps will take place on July 20-July 23. Two college coaches serve as clinicians the first two days of camp. Click here for more information.
College Consulting: Aim is dedicated to guiding, advising and counseling our athletes and families in the college recruiting process. Aim Director Lauren Cornthwaite has assisted families in navigating the complex college placement process for over 15 years. Click here for more information.

Compass (leadership program): The mission of Compass is to inspire and cultivate natural, daily, and sustainable leadership among young women beyond the field through workshop-style meetings, experiential learning activities, and guest speakers. Click here for more information.
Tournaments: Tournaments, whether local or national, provide an excellent opportunity for our athletes to not only face new competition on the field, but also to learn valuable life lessons and build independence. When our Club teams travel together, the bonds of friendship are strengthened and amazing memories are made. Many of our athletes highlight these trips as the best part of their Aim experience!
